#1 For Eliminating Gas

The most common reason for burping is excessive gas in the stomach that comes from swallowed air. Four fingers above your belly button, there is a pressure point which eliminates gas rapidly. You simply need to follow these steps:

- Press down pressure point

- Do massage in a clockwise direction and then counterclockwise for 2 to 3 minutes

Do this regularly for better results. This method not only eliminates gas it flattens the stomach as. Besides this, change your diet and cut out sugar and grains from your diet and eat foods which are rich in fiber for a flat belly.

- Massage in a clockwise direction and then counterclockwise for 2 to 3 minutes

#3 For Eliminating Gas Faster

Four fingers below your belly button, there is a pressure point which helps to eliminate gas faster. Follow same steps as given in the previous directions:

- Press down pressure point

- Do massage in a clockwise direction and then counterclockwise for 2 to 3 minutes

This pressure point increases the intestine’s activity. Eat fermented vegetables, fermented soybeans, and refined dairy products for good intestine health.
